Watercolor Print- Bug Party
Chaotic, crawling, and the night is still young.
This print started with my six year old and an extremely specific vision. Everyone was invited and the centipede got the dance floor. There he is, right in the center of it all, coiled and moving under a disco ball with colorful lights blazing around him. Butterflies overhead. A bee making an appearance. Bugs along the bottom that showed up dressed and ready. A caterpillar holding down the entire right side of the venue. Nobody asked questions. Everyone came anyway.
I followed his lines with watercolor, flooding the scene in deep swirling purple that feels exactly like a party should at six years old, loud and electric and a little unhinged. Every creature pops against that moody background with the kind of confidence only a kid's imagination can pull off.
This one belongs somewhere it gets seen every single day. A kid's room, a playroom, a kitchen, or honestly anywhere that has someone in it who believes a centipede absolutely deserves a moment in the spotlight.
Printed to preserve the energy and texture of the original painting, each piece keeps the hand-drawn quality that makes it unmistakably his.
Available in multiple sizes, with framing options in black, white, or natural wood for a clean, finished presentation. Proceeds support his education.
Electric. Unstoppable. The centipede earned this.
